Returns & Exchanges
If something isn't quite right with your order, we're here to help make it right.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return window, beginning the day your order is delivered. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In the same condition you received them
- With original tags attached
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
When trying on your shoes, we recommend doing so indoors on carpet or a soft surface, and being mindful of the soles and box. If a returned item shows signs of wear or damage, we'll review it individually — this may result in the item being returned to you or a partial refund issued to cover cleaning or repair.
How to Start a Return
Email us at abigail@studiosargent.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll walk you through the next steps. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll be in touch. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days for it to appear.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item or size is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is approved.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at abigail@studiosargent.com and we'll make it right.
