Shipping Information
Thank you for your Studio Sargent order. Below you'll find details about how and when it will be shipped.
Order Processing Time
All orders are shipped from the United States. We aim to process each order within 3 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that during product launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder or reach out at abigail@studiosargent.com.
Shipping Rates & Methods
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. If you'd like your order sooner, expedited options are available at checkout — rates are calculated based on your location and will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped:
· Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
· Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping periods.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Studio Sargent is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If you catch an error, contact us as soon as possible at abigail@studiosargent.com and we'll do our best to help before your order ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, Studio Sargent is not responsible for shipping delays. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. If you're still unable to locate it, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
